March 2022 Record Ride to the Apache cafe

Spring and Autumn group rides are usually the most popular with WaBAM members but March 6th 2022 breakfast ride exceeded all expectations, starting from Devizes market place, which became quite crowded, as thirty three riders gathered to take part, a new record attendance for a WaBAM ride out, the previous record was twenty six, expertly lead by Marcus Catt taking in a route through some of the best roads Wiltshire and Hampshire have to offer. The ladies at the Apache cafe had their work cut out as the queue for breakfast tailed back through the cafe and down the stairs, and unfortunately they did run out of bacon for the back of the queue.
