August 20th Long Ride to the Triumph Factory

For August long ride, we visited the Triumph factory in Hinkley, which included a tour of the factory, if you've never been before its well worth the trip, and an interesting insight in how Triumphs are built and distributed to their new owners, the guide has an interesting story on how the management wanted to keep the millionth bike off the production line but one member of staff missed it and it was sent to a new owner in Australia, Triumph had to buy it back from the new owner and ship it back to the UK, I believe the member of staff who missed it no longer works for Triumph.
