Group Rides

This ride will be in the memory of our late colleague's Ian Favager, Bill Smith & John Kendal three of WaBAM's hard working and popular observers.

Associates (riders in training)will be welcome on this ride but please get the approval of your observer before attending.

As is tradition (Fav was a military man) clean shiny boots please, on this ride, boots will be inspected before the ride.

This ride will also be a tribute to all departed and retired WaBAM Observers and their contribution to road safety for Wilshire and Bath motorcyclists.

Starting from Warminster Services BA12 7RU 9.00am for a 9.30am departure route to include Shaftsbury, Rockbourne, Fordingbridge, and a mini tour of the New Forest, to our lunch time appointment at the Cliffhanger Restaurant, Waterford rd Highcliffe, BH23 5JA for around 11.45am, there is a free motorcycle parking bay but if full, charges may apply to car bays, returning via Cranborne chase and zig zag hill to Warminster for around 3.00pm route length of approx. 115 miles.
