WaBAM, so who are you then?

We are a group of nearly 200 riders who enjoy riding.
There’s more....

• We ride all sorts of bikes.  We tour, we go on track days, we ride offroad, we ride abroad.  If it can be done on two wheels, someone in the group has done it.

• We know that becoming a better rider is a journey, not a destination.

• We pass on our skills by helping others to take the IAM’s Advanced Motorcycle test.  Riders who have been through our training have a success rate of 90% - and 150 riders have achieved IAM test success with us. Our training skills convert into awards so you will be in good hands.

• After you pass your IAM Advanced Motorcycle test, we offer development training to full members who would like to train others to pass that test.

• We hold monthly group rides, and a monthly social meeting.

•  We have other bike events throughout the year.

• We know that the perfect ride has never been achieved, but know that's no reason to stop trying!

• Though only founded in 2005, we have won a number of awards from the IAM for the way we do all of this.

• However, we do not do pipes and slippers.
